Er is een man in uw koninkrijk, in wien de geest der heilige goden is, want in de dagen uws vaders is bij hem gevonden licht, en verstand, en wijsheid, gelijk de wijsheid der goden is; daarom stelde hem de koning Nebukadnézar, uw vader, tot een overste der tovenaars, der sterrekijkers, der Chaldeën, en der waarzeggers, uw vader, o koning!
